Policies

-Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged. We will accommodate later check-in times with prior arrangements.

-Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.

-A continental breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:00 & 9:30 am.  Come down at your leisure during that time.

-All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

-We hope you enjoy our smoke free environment.

-Children over 12 are welcome.

-The Monarch Room and Honeybee Suite share a large hall bathroom that is adjacent to each room.  This has been a very easy arrangement to navigate and all toiletries are complimentary.

-All rooms are priced for double occupancy however the Honeybee Suite can accommodate a third person for an additional $30/per night.

-Pet Policy – Pets are welcome in the Hummingbird & Monarch Rooms with prior notice and a $50 pet fee.  Unfortunately pets may not be left in the rooms alone due to possible barking and disturbing other guests so they must remain with guests at all times.  Also please make sure your pet is on a leash while outside.

-Cancellation Policy – Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of check in can only receive a refund if the reservation can be re-booked. If not, there is no refund. All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.  All cancellations must be made by phone. 

-Rates are subject to change for holidays, festivals and high season.

-Please make sure and leave room keys with innkeeper prior to checking out as there will be a $50 key charge should our keys not be returned.
